@colcrt - posting the dimensions now - All are standard sizes.
All editable .psds and .ai required .. The Chef cap should be as in design 28 and not as in 50/51 :)
fb cover pic [600 px X 200 px]
fb page logo (just the panther with chef cap - no branding) [180 px X 180 px ]
Logo with branding and slogan (as you have given in your last entry # 51- but the color can be #ebebeb as in web ) [295 px X 84 px]
Letter head with branding and slogan (both 48 & 49 are good) [200 MM X 60 MM]
