Sirs; Thank you for the opportunity to bid on this project. I have an MBA in business economics and also a business evaluator (SBA). I have prepared business plans and valued several steel fabricators in British Columbia, Canada and have assessed five container parts manufacturers and assemblers in China including robotic continuous-precision welders and electron beam welders. I have some knowledge of MIG, TIG, Flux Cor and stick welding as well as cold rolled "C" channel, tubing and other products. Of importance, I prepare all plans by "hand" as I do not use a software. These tend to "boiler plate" the report and reduce it to an almost meaningless document, certainly not as credible or acceptable as a "custom-designed" report.
