Project Description:
I am seeking an illustrator/graphic artist/Designer who is passionate, excited, and driven to have the best artwork in the best games to help me design a racing game for mobile iphone/ipad app. It will be important for you to have the design skills to help coordinate so that the programmer can apply the images in the game correctly for OpenGL/Objective-C programming.
The basic graphics needed are aerial car and vehicle images, city landscape background images, obstacle images, realistic road detail, pedestrian images and effects etc.
I have done the samples of aerial photographs in my game outline in Apple Keynote. I have source code for this racing game that is very similar to "Power Racer" game, in Iphone app store: see here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/power-racer/id439840298?mt=8
...so you can get an idea of the size, quantity, and type of images needed
However I am seeking graphics that are a bit more vivid, exciting, realistic, and will all be under the theme of going through a big city in daytime and night (for different levels of the game) i.e. with light sources, shadows, buildings, etc. Another similarity to my game is "Endless Racing" for Iphone:
