modify mt4 metatrader indicator to trigger specified alerts

I am looking for someone to modify an mt4 indicator to trigger short and long alerts. modifications When the currency reaches the blue or red zone of channel top or bottom, wait for second indicator bars to change color (a green bar if at the bottom of the channel or a red bar if at the top of the channel) and cross the yellow line (pop alert should occur as 2nd indicator bar crosses yellow line not on close) or have two consecutive bars of the same color that do not cross the yellow line (if this option is selected, the alert triggers on the close of the second bar of same color) to trigger the signal to go long or short. If asset is at the top of the channel a short/down pop alert & arrow is produced, and if at the bottom a long/up pop alert & arrow is produced. In settings (make options for choosing first condition for signal to be in [blue and red] zone or [red] zone only ) (make option for choosing second condition to be [cross of yellow line only] or [cross of yellow line or two bars under yellow line] )
