Hi,
I need to send urgently for one of my clients his income and expenses resume. I have a freshbook pro account but only used for mailing the invoices to the clients.
All the info is in excell and would need:
1. To send this info to my client.
2. Update with all our excell info make the accounting correctly for 3 clients in my freshbook account.
3. Quote to handle my accounting (not complicated data, 8 clients)
The normal monthly data is:
Rent income
Expenses
payment to owner

I have the data in excell.
Freelancer must know accounting to insert data correctly in freshbooks (as I have a pro account) or if you recommend other like quickbooks we are opened to change.
We have 4 owners, 4 renters and (+-) 6 transactions per owner each month. Recurring monthly invoice is required.
If you have worked with property management or real estate firm before it would be ideal.
