I've done transcription for a non-profit organisation before. I mainly need to know what format you want it in, your deadlines, and the level of detail required (timestamps, pause intervals, etc) per transcription.

Hi Skylon, I have a Bachelors in Cyber Forensics and Business Informatics from Murdoch University, Australia. English is my first language and I know small amounts of Japanese, French, Italian and Indonesian. I work as an IT analyst and interact primarily with customers over the phone. Due to this, I am very good at understanding accents and muffled words. My typing speed is 57 words per minute.
