Im currently redesigning my website and i am after a method to transfer my user, posts and topics over to the new system.

2years ago I designed my site using the "webspell" CMS and there forums.

Now I'm abouts to re launch my site on the Wordpress CMS bridged with the phpBB3 forums so I want to re populate the new forums with my old data
