Required functionality: - Hunt group: incoming line calls 3 times at reception and is transfered to call group when not answered - Callgroup: 1 call group with all extentions - Call parking (call park and pick-up elsewhere) - Auto attendant: outside office hours play a message with the option to press "x" and get transfered to an external number - Music on hold (custom wavs/mp3’s played at random) - Call Waiting - Fax2Email - Each user should be able to login on each phone with his own pin code (roaming) - Voicemail (optional) - Intercom (optional) PBX: Intel based CentOS with FreePBX, 50GB Disk and 2GB RAM Phones: 4 x SNOM 821 to be provisioned over TFTP from PBX appliance (CentOS) Extensions: 5 Incoming lines (physical): at the moment 1 BRI, 1 incomping phonenumber - finally will be 2 x BRI, 2 phone numbers (1 for telephony, 1 for fax) Termination BRI's need to be converted to SIP with the SmartNode ISDN VoIP Gateway (2BRI), SN4120/2BIS4V/EUI
