Simple snakes and ladders game

For and application that I am working on, I need and activity which is basically a very simple snakes and ladder game. It does not require any kind of animation. The game activity should have tha ability to receive from the main activity of the application to know when to throw a dice. after the dice is throwed the user will be notified that he had progress in game. The user might also be in the game view and the game activity receives a call that it should thow a dice, in this case user will see the player moves from its current cell to the target cell (simply by changing the image of the cells - no animation!).
This is a simple job for a skilled developer so the budget is not that high.
