ASP Wedding Planner Site

This project is to design a site that has all of the function of [login to view URL] Go to this site, sign up, don't worry it is free, and have a look at the functionality of this site, the way the pages work and so on, we want it backended by an access 2000 db, text based with a top banner like the example site. This bid is open anyone who can deliver, I say this because on some of our bids we do not want kiddie coders etc, but in this case we are really just looking to get it done with the same functionality of [login to view URL] The main difference we want to implement is that we want it to be subscription based, part of the db needs to dedicated to user accounts, we will do manual addition of new paid accounts and will insert dates of expiry so the site will need an admin backend that will allow us to authorize users manually to bring their subscriptions live (we run credit card #'s through our store), but the users can obviously create an account, but until their status is upgraded to approved, they can't log in. User account creation will also need to collect credit card numbers as well. We do have a secure cert on our site so it will tie into that. ============================ ============================ Note: I have been getting a lot of bids from developers saying that they can do it using a sql db. PLEASE READ THE BID!!! I want an ACCESS as in MICROSOFT ACCESS as a backend, if you only want to work using sql db's or figure you can give us "advice" on using sql, please move on and do not bid. We know what we want, and what we do not want, we DO NOT WANT THIS DEVELOPED USING A SQL DATABASE!! All of our websites re backended by an Access 2000 db using the 4.0 jet, very powerful, sql is overkill for 99% of db sites, plus access does not require licensing! Clear enough? I hope so. Don't mean to sound rude but I want to be very clear. ======================================================== ============================ ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
