I'm looking for a Joomla Developer that can develop a tutorial for me to learn how to develop Joomla 3 websites templates. I'm a beginner in Custom Joomla templates and plugins. I have read many books but they don't explain some advanced concepts like template overrides and creating a custom views, integrating plugins to my template.

I would like to learn how to create a website template from scratch and hope a talented developer can help me.

Type of website I’m looking at developing will be sent as an image on request. I have all the HTML and CSS ready to go its just learning how to split it and convert it into a working Joomla 3 Template.

I would like the tutorial to cover how to develop the code in MVC concept and have all the code fully commented.
