Convert psd to single-page HTML5 template with JQuery

Project Description:
I would like to turn this PSD (see link, below), into a HTML template. If you can do HTML5, I will consider your bid more, but it is not necessary. I'm looking for a quick, and low-cost conversion.

I need a single-page template, using JQuery. This is very easy to do using the list of three (3) plugins that I list, below:

Fist, link for PSD files that I want to convert to HTML4 or HTML5 (this is the design):

Plugins to install (including JQuery):
1. Download jQuery and include in webpage.
2. Install Ariel Flesler’s jQuery.ScrollTo
3. Install jQuery Waypoints
4. Install plugin called jQuery PitchDeck.

Note: Their top-page menu has small bubble icons. This menu will be different on our page (see the PSD files, above).

That's it! I'm not looking for ALL functionality from this PSD to be included in the HTM5 page. Please only bid if you can show me other webpage work that you've converted into HTML4 or HTML5. Also, please include the word "PITCHDECK" in your bid, so I know you read this.
