We have a HTML 5.0 mobi site and want to create an icon for iPhone and Android so that it can be listed and downloaded from the Google Play and iStore platforms. The successful solution will incorporate our icon and through embedding the url create a donwloadable link to the mobi site. There are existing Java code already available and we would want you to re-use instead of re-invent. It seems quite simple and we have not the time to get this done. This is a very small requirements and job - the way we engage will lead to future Java PHP development work on our platform. Looking forward to hear from local developers in Pretoria South Africa who have some experience and where the rates are lower than R200 per hour.
