I have a web app built on the Yii framework which I'd like to make a modification to.

Currently the system connects to the Twitter API to tweet a URL to a picture hosted on our server.

I'd like to change this to instead post the picture to Twitter, then save the image URL which Twitter hosts to our mySQL database.
