widgets need to be fix

i have site [login to view URL] the main theme of this site is to redirect other tube sites i have few affilate widgets when i put few widgets they merge and things mix up i think some frame work or any like this may help them to put them easily i just having this issue only please check and then bid i believe it is minor issue this is why i need this work to be done very fast maybe in few hours thanks
