Professional sketching of a 3D model on Revit 2013 from a DWG 2D file like the pdf attached. The drawing is of a 4.5 rooms apartment. There is 4 files attached: 1. jpg file: An 3D illustraion of the apartment (I don't have access to the 3D model files that was used to create this nice rendering, that is why I need you). 2. .....[login to view URL] - An illustration of the building from outside. We are the apartment on the left corner. 3. A PDF file of the drawing. 4. A DWG editable file. No rendering is needed. The 3D model needs to be very precise and simply editable. PLEASE! Only proffesional in Revit 2013! And please send an examples of works and a revit 2013 file of some simple model like 4 walls and a window. Best, Rafi

Hi Rafi I have gone through your project and have studied the floorplan that you have posted. But your scope of modelling using Revit is not clear since the apartment that you have posted is a high one and we shall need floor to floor levels if I consider all floors at the same height. Also i shall need the layout of the flats for each floor considering all flats have the same plan. More details will be needed once I start the work. I have quoted a price which is perfect for a Revit Modelling job. If the work is not immense I should be able to finish it up within 7 days. Also a perfect English translation of the words will be needed to study the plans more closely. I can complete this job perfectly with your support even though I have no reviews or ratings being a new freelancer.
