Need help in Excel

In Excel sheet, there is a dynamic table (Please see the attached image). I need to find what the value is for the last “Sell” in column N. Also, I need to find what the value is for the last “Buy” in column N. For example, in the attached image, the value for the last “Sell” is (-0.8). And the value for the last “Buy” is (-0.9). I need the method to be simple and use only formula or function. No VBA and No Macro. Please note that the table can reach up to 60 rows, and sometimes only one row only, and sometimes no data (empty table).
