CAD Design for Modern Bar Interior

I need an experienced professional to help design the interior arrangement of my new bar which is expected to house more than 100 patrons. Below are the key specifics of the project:
- Furniture Placement: The design should include right-sized chairs, tables, bar stools, and lounges. We'll be working hand-in-hand with our resident furniture designer.
- Style: The bar's aesthetic should be modern. Ideal candidates should have an eye for current design trends.
- Final Output: I need the final results in the form of CAD designs for wall cladding and furniture placement. Furthermore, I would like to receive elevations and a 3D rendering of the entire bar.
- Autonomy: I'm looking for someone who can take the reins on this project and see it through to the end with minimal supervision.
Ideal candidates should be experienced in interior design, particularly in modern styles, and must be proficient in CAD and 3D rendering. Experience in designing layouts for large spaces would come as an added advantage.
