We are looking for a skilled mobile application developer to create a proof of concept for an innovative AI-interviewer application. This app will use state-of-the-art speech processing and natural language processing technologies to enable natural, conversational voice interactions that mimic real-life interviews. The project will also include a functionality to summarize the interviews and validate these summaries with the user, demonstrating the core value of the application.
Functional Prototype Deliverable:
Objective: Develop a functional prototype that demonstrates natural voice interactions and the ability to summarize and validate key points from an AI-conducted interview.
Key Features:
- Dynamic Interaction: Implement a voice interaction system that understands and responds to verbal inputs conversationally, facilitating a natural dialogue flow.
- Speech Recognition and Synthesis: Integrate advanced speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies for precise voice input recognition and realistic voice output.
- Contextual Dialogue Management: Utilize basic natural language processing to enable the AI to generate relevant follow-up questions and responses based on the ongoing conversation.
- Interview Summarization: Develop the capability to automatically generate concise summaries of the interview's key points.
- Summary Validation: Allow users to review and approve or modify the summary to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
Technical Specifications:
Platform Compatibility: The prototype should function on at least one major mobile operating system (iOS or Android), integrating effectively with its native or third-party voice capabilities.
Performance Benchmarks:
Establish criteria for evaluating the accuracy and responsiveness of the voice interactions and summarization functionality.
Security and Data Handling:
Data Protection: Implement essential security measures to ensure that all user data, including interview content and summaries, are handled and stored securely, complying with standard data protection protocols.
Skills Required:
Mobile Development: Extensive experience in iOS and/or Android development, with proficiency in languages such as Swift, Kotlin, or using cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
Speech Processing: Proficiency in integrating speech-to-text and text-to-speech services, such as Google Cloud Speech-to-Text or Amazon Polly.
Natural Language Processing: Knowledge of NLP to manage and analyze dialogue effectively.
Backend Development: Ability to develop server-side technologies (Node.js or Python) and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) for storing and retrieving data efficiently.
API Integration: Experienced in integrating multiple APIs, focusing on performance optimization and real-time data handling.
