I need an app that works on both Android and Apple phones for shop owners and their customers. This app is designed to help shops easily connect with their customers and offer them discount coupons and deals. Shop owners can join the app, add some information about their shop, and put up their picture (company name, logo etc). Their customers can download app, in order to get discount coupons (posted by shop owners). The main feature is that shop owners can send special discount offers to their customers, clients can use these discounts at that particular shop. The app lets shop owners organize their customers into multiple groups, send messages with discounts anytime, and even set these messages to send automatically on special dates. As the main controller of the app, I'll be able to look after all the shop owners and customers, see reports, manage trials and payments, and do other important tasks.
Scope of Work

1. I need a "Website as App" or "An App for Android+Apple."
2. It will be used by 2 groups.
A. Business Owner
B. Smart Client
3A. Business Owner can downloads this app. Select profile as Business Owner. Submit his business details (Business Name is required. Rest are optional like Address, City, State, Zip Code, Email, Website etc.). He can upload an image as header. (Optional)
3B. Smart Clients can Download this app. Select profile as Client. Submit his details (name is required. Rest are optional like date of birth, anniversary, family members name and birthday etc).
4. What work this app will do?
(i) Business owner will send discount coupon to his clients.
(ii) Client will redeem that coupon with that business owner.
5. How it will work?
A. Business owner will be admin of his group. Business Owner asks clients to download app using a QR code.
B. Client downloads & register. Client will see that particular business owner's header as main image.
C. Business owner can create several groups. He can add any client into one or more groups.
D. Business owner will send a discount offer message as text, image attachment or video attachment. Business owner can send such messages to all his clients anytime he wishes. He can send it to all. Or he can send to selected clients.
E. Business owner can schedule messages in advance for 12 months. On that particular date, that message will go automatically. Business owner can also configure to send discount offer messages automatically to clients 1 day before on their birthday, anniversary date, family member birthday, new year, christmas, or list of holidays (that as super admin, I will upload every year) etc.
F. Each discount offer will have a validity. Valid from this date/time to this date/time.
6. Multi-Users
A. Multiple business owners will be using this app. For example, Business A, B, C. Each showing their own header (A, B, C). Now, clients of Business A, will see header A. Clients of Business B will see header B.
B. Same way, Business A will be able to see only his own clients. Business A can NOT see other Business B or C. 1Business A can NOT see clients of Business B or C.
C. There will be generic features like setup your password, forget password, recover password, save password etc. It will be for business owners as well as for clients.
7. Super Admin
A. As super admin, I need a admin panel to control all business users and clients. (add, delete, pause, edit, reset password, modify & other things etc.)
B. In report section, I should be able to see all reports. For example, list of all business owners, their clients, all clients, status active/paused/deleted/free trial/paid etc, messages sent by any business owner, numebr of messages in any particular time frame, etc, with sorting feature on different parameters (date, number of clients, number of message sent, joining date, business type, city, country, etc).
C. I want to give free trial to business owners for N number of days. After that, trial should stop. I should be able to change status to paid so that it may run further after trial period.
D. I may be able to send messages to business owners or their clients or all or selected ones.
E. I need pages for features, display packages, free trial time period, pausing business owner if payment not received, multi-currency payment processing by paypal/stripe/you suggest etc.
F. I should be able to add/modify/edit/delete fields (required or optioinal) when registering business owner or clients.
G. All other generic admin rights that you may suggest.
H. It will be a single app, which different shop owners will use as their own. Each shop owner will be able to add his header (image, logo etc). His clients will see this as header of that particular shop.
8. Account creation at Apple Store, Google Play Store and Uploading & Activating this final app there in my account is required. I will be paying their fee. Please do not add such fee in your proposal.
