429530 Web Template Change - Joomla

We are a small IT company and we help small businesses with website design and hosting.

I am looking for a regualr web designer / programmer to be able to take templates and change / edit them as we need for our clients.

ABOUT THIS PROJECT:

I need this editing to how our client requires (pictures & text).

I am normally use to using html and php and have noidea how joomla works. I belive with joomla, the client is able to edit the site front end when required? Am I right?. This is what i need. The client must be able to change aspects of the front end.

Also, my client requies a customer to be able to book a reservation online and pay for it (paypal). Eg. Customers will come on to this site and will want to book a training course. They must be able to select a date from a calander and the traing course they need. Once selected, they will pay by paypal.
