I am re-posting this project because my last designer didn't completed and i am not satisfied

I need a website Like [url removed, login to view] but not the [url removed, login to view] need to redesign the theme to [url removed, login to view] .

Basic overview what i need :

The website is for after effects templates customization services

[url removed, login to view] need a paypal payment process for 4-5 products

[url removed, login to view] a messaging system ( fiverr like) between client and me

and some more basic features which i will discuss later

need minimum loading time of website

Note : No more then 10% milestone

70% website complete , i will release 40%

100% website complete ,i will release 50%

You can develop and upload it on your own server for showing me and when it will be completed totally you will uplaod it on my server and you can get your all payment
