Freelancer unable to follow direction given after being supplied full product brochures and requested to write sales copy, instead writing information pieces. requested re-draft and wrote 1 item of sales copy. provided 2 other non suitable articles out of 5 requested. Was well past the deadline accepted. When freelancer not happy have paid 50% mile stone and attempted to negotiate different work, he then cancelled project and wanted the remaining funds for the job. When discussing prior to arbitration became difficult, offensive with a vindictive outlook. I clearly do not recommend working with this freelancer
