one concept art and 3 blueprints for 3d modeler

Provider lacks skills desired. He wasn't able to produce the required quality as agreed and confirmed in PMB before job started(we still have the record in PMB). And this provider is very hard to communicate with. I was writing to him frankly and nicely but he always had his attitude(which you can find all the records in pmb). On top of that, the project lasted a lot longer than agreed. Of course it's because of revision which took time. But revision was due to the VERY LOW QUALITY of work this provider provided.
