The freelancer was not honest, he wasted my time and after I provided the codes that will help him to finish quickly, he pretended to be busy & unable to do it, even though I mentioned clearly in the post that if you are busy or not interested , please don't bid. I lost my deadlines because of mvlp, he was irresponsible when he accepted the project uncaring of my time limitations.

Cross correlation matrix and random matrix theory - repost

This freelancer made a great results for me. We have worked together about a scientific research topic for 3 months with 12 milestones. The research topic is about econo-physics. I asked him to reproduce all figures of a scientific paper with python language. The paper is Iyetomi, et al. Phys. Rev. E, Vol. 83, pp. 016103_1-12, 2011. This work requires basic mathematics, physics, signal processing and programming knowledge, and he satisfies all of these. Because this work is about very specific area of physics, he was not a specialist of this topic. But his deliverables are great. He tried to know about this research area by reading related articles. Also his program codes are well stylish with enough comment to understand what the code means. As I have seen, he is an ideal freelancer for scientific reach topic having high math and programming skill. I am sure to ask him again for a similar work.
