High quality blog commenting

I hired Rahul to do some blog comments with backlinks to my site. I specified that the comments needed to be related to the post being commented on, rather than generic, spammy comments. Only a small percentage met this requirement, and every single one of those was a copy/paste of someone else's comment from elsewhere on the same blog. Several of the comments that had been approved were immediately deleted. Looking at them, I'd have deleted them too. They were very obviously spam, comments like "Tweeted your blog. It seems to be like great and i found few wallpaper for my desktop. thanks" followed by a request to be added to their blogroll. I specified only blogs with PR of at least 1. 6 of the comments were on PR 0 blogs. Also, he had promised 40 comments. Completed 33. I didn't want the rest done. On the plus side, communication was quick, and the 33 comments he did finish were done very quickly. However, I will not hire him again.
