Contest Brief
Specs:
- Palette RGB 72,61,139. Only submissions compliant with this palette will be reviewed.
- Incorporates the word "vary", no capital letters
- all submissions must be original works and owned by the creator without encumbrances of any form.
- offers must include (in pitch) that the creator agrees to assign/waive all rights (copyright, moral rights) in all territories (full ownership assignment). Creator agrees to indemnify us for expenses, charges of any sort for any direct or indirect infringement claims which may be brought against us related to the contest winner's chosen product.
- thematically: easy to use, conservative, software
- sans-serif font but minor flourishes to one or more letters acceptable
- product is computer software, design elements open to containing visual depiction of documents, fonts, letters, etc.. conveying word processing capabilities
- where multiple submissions are submitted by the same Vendor, if such Vendor is chosen as the contest winner, Vendor agrees that all submissions to the contest by that Vendor will be assigned
- deliverables include .png, .eps, .svg or other formats as requested
