Contest Brief

Any Proposal that features a Commercial Theme will be instantly rejected. We are looking for a custom developed theme.

I would like a new website template built that integrates with the IDX Broker Wordpress Plugin. (https://wordpress.org/plugins/idx-broker-platinum/) I would like it to be fast with limited external code calls (less than 15 in total per page), built using best practices and using up to date SEO. I would also like it to be responsive. If this goes well I will be using for future work.

I would like it to be similar to this: http://wp.realia.byaviators.com/ However I would like it to use the map from the IDX Broker Plugin. Additionally I would like it to be like http://www.thejills.com/ in that there is info "Banners" on the side to click. I would also like it to integrate the existing logo (Blue red and white square with font) -- I ahve the font if you would like it please contact me individually.
