Gather info from several sites by API if available or find other ways to and import to a one pager on my site and add custom calculation.
1. create a field so i can enter a verifiable auto filled USA address.
2. system will import all info needed regarding that address from the following sites.
A. Zillow.com Pictures, SFT, Bedrooms, bathrooms, year Built, Overview, Zestimate, Rent Zestimate, taxes cost.
B. realtor.com Rental Estimate, Estimated, flood info FEMA Zone AE (est.) • Flood Factor flood
C. trulia.com Trulia Estimate.
D. rentometer.com. Average.
E. homevaluerealestatecenter.bankofamerica.com. Estimated home value.

once above info is imported to our one pager we will create a calculator of the value of a home based on rental income and expenses. (will give the details once above is completed. See this link for the calculation. https://www.dropbox.com/s/jh1sczep8lxekxa/RENTAL%20DEV.xlsm?dl=0

please create it on you'r platform and once its completed we will integrate it to my site.
