Contest Brief

Help us name our new modern city hotel.

The hotel has a lot of creative and innovative services including new twists on food and drinks and it is equipped with modern and minimalist rooms.

We would like a name that will be different compared to the classic hotel naming.

The new name must be iconic, smart, fresh, and most importantly it must allow us to create a symbolism around it in order to incorporate it to our style, services and products.

It could be 1 word but also 2 words like "this & this" could work if it's something smart.

KEY FEATURES:

1) iconic, modern, memorable, smart

2) it must allow some symbolism for the logo creation

3) it must stand out of the usual hotel naming

We really hope to find some interesting ideas here.

Don'ts:
-It's not an ordinary hotel, so do not use "tel" on the end of a word, or the word palace,
or grand and the usual hotel naming. Nothing that reminds a classic hotel.
-We do not want a location based idea. The location of the hotel and/or pictures can not
be disclosed either. I made a quick album on pinterest with some interior design hints in

-The name must not be used by another hotel.

Dear brain-stormers..

The hotel is a modern urban/industrial project, unique for the quality of it's services with a fresh approach on hospitality. The word "classic" does not belong here.

Do's:
-The name should be something that could be symbolized and marketed.
It could be a word that comes from a meaning, an animal, a flower so on in order to
use some kind of symbolism later on. It must be modern, catchy, smart and iconic.
-Try to think of strong, unique words. Maybe a complex mysterious name, or a cool idea out of nothing for catchy-memorable branding.
-Two words with an "&" could really work as long it's something cool that would allow some kind
of symbolism. Irrelevant to hotels but still smart enough to brand it.
