     I just realised that C0 FF EE is a hexadecimal colour code.....not very coffee-like though...a light blue.....'C0 FF EE Hex'....dunno..

  Oh, just woke up: Pixel as in the small lights that make up a computer screen. And Expresso is a combination Espresso(the Italian coffee) and Express...like 'express yourself', and the old Steam Train expresses.
