Contest Brief

I have a logo that would need to be redesigned. Please read carefully:
1. The original logo needs to be drawn and updated for a more modern and elegant look. (Keep the same logo structure/layout - change look of line and color).
2. Create a modern version with a simplified version of the logo with an elegant font (ex: Copperplate) and details. Colors that can be integrated are gold or chrome (silver), but royal blue to be primary tone. Need variations of drawings.

i.e: You will see the logo to be redesigned attached (Landmark communities Logo)
MAKE SURE TO HAVE THE NEW COMPANY NAME IN THE LOGO--> Landmark custom homes.
Attached are also the mood board for the new visual direction as well as w draft of a modernized version that can inspire you.
