PROJECT Probably Better Described as "Bidding Software ONLY" - Not really Web Scrapper

Monitoring Tax Sale Site and Bidding on selected properties based on current bid percent and minimum bid Bidnapper or AuctionSniper type functionality ---- Can be much simpler.

Recommend programming method - some open source web scrapper attached for review (if appropriate).

Bidding portion is not open yet --- may be able to look at web page source and make some evaluation.

Provide Recommendations and overall software / programming / interface DESIGN

For your attached "Washingtion Parish Main Screen" image the right hand side of the screen shows two columns of "Bid number" and "Lowest bid". What do they mean by the lowest bid? As I would have thought that we only care about the highest bid for the bill? What am I missing here.

Look at "Washingtion Parish Main Screen" - Basically taking items that are in favorites and setting a Maximum Bid - Check every 'x' seconds and Re-Bid up to Maximum Bid for each item.
