# AI Architectural Visualizations Wanted — Private Villa in Algarve (Contest + Long-term Contract)
## The project
I am marketing a private residential estate in **Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal** — "Quinta dos Cedros". The estate has a principal residence, a separate two-storey annex, a sculpted swimming pool, terraces and mature gardens.
This is a **paid contest**. The strongest submission wins **US$100**, and the winner is then offered a **private follow-on contract** to produce the full set of marketing renders, walkthroughs and a virtual tour for the property.
**No application step.** Just download the materials below and post your best work.
## Materials provided (all attached / linked in this posting)
- **Full architect's plan set** — 19-page PDF including basement (cave / Piso −1, pool & cellars), ground floor (Piso 0, principal residence and annex), first floor (sótão, two further bedrooms and technical zone), roof plan, four elevations and cross-sections.
- **Photographs of the existing property and site, including Google Maps location of the property — terrain, vegetation, orientation, sun path.** (PDF).
- **Two mood boards** (PDF, A3) — one general, one outdoor-living — defining the materials, colour, light and outdoor atmosphere I want for the project. **These already define the exterior style and landscape feel; your work should match them, not reinvent them.**
## Trial deliverables — six images
Produce **six renders**, all derived strictly from the supplied plans and consistent with the mood boards:
1. **House from the outside, beach-facing side** — the elevation that looks toward the sea. The **upstairs rooms and their windows must be clearly visible** so it reads as a full two-storey building, not a single-level villa.
2. **Ground floor (Piso 0) — sala (living room)** — approx. 21 m², hipped ceiling, opening to the garden, fireplace.
3. **Ground floor (Piso 0) — second principal space** of your choice (master bedroom, or dining) — to show range.
4. **First floor (sótão) — a bedroom or living space** under the hipped roof, with the dormer window onto the garden.
5. **Ground floor sala — looking outward at the beach view — interior camera placed inside the living room, framing the doors/windows and the sea beyond. Sky, horizon and landscape must read as the real view from the Google Maps location.
6. **First floor room — looking outward at the beach view — same idea as the previous shot but from the upstairs level, with the elevated horizon and the dormer/window frame visible.
### Emphasis — read carefully
- **Every space must feel spacious.** Wide angles, generous ceiling height, plenty of light, uncluttered furniture.
- **Fidelity to the plans is mandatory.** Do not invent rooms, levels, windows, or façade elements. The annex *is two storeys* — confirm this from the cross-sections before submitting.
- **Match the mood boards** for materials, colour palette and outdoor character.
- **Anchor the exterior to the real site** from Google Maps — correct terrain slope, neighbouring vegetation, sun orientation.
- **No stock photo-bashing.** AI-rendered or AI-assisted only, anchored to the plans.
## Prize & follow-on contract
- **Contest prize: US$100** to the single best submission.
- **Follow-on private contract** to the winner: a full marketing package — additional exterior angles, all principal interiors, dusk shots, walkthrough/virtual tour, and final delivery files. Scope and budget agreed separately.
## Evaluation criteria
1. **Fidelity to the plans** — does the render actually depict *this* building, not a generic Mediterranean villa?
2. **Architectural accuracy** — correct number of storeys, correct roof geometry, correct window/door positions.
3. **Sense of space** — every room should feel airy and generous.
4. **Consistency with the mood boards** — materials, palette, atmosphere.
5. **Consistency across the five images** — they should feel like the same property.
6. **Speed of iteration** — the winner will produce many more images; I need someone fast and responsive.
## What to submit
Post your five renders directly to this contest, together with a short note (3–5 lines) on which AI tools and workflow you used (e.g. Veras, Lumion + AI, Midjourney + ControlNet, Stable Diffusion + ComfyUI, Krea, custom pipeline, etc.) and how you kept the renders faithful to the supplied plans.
## Timeline
- Submissions due: **within 7 days** of the posting going live.
- Winner announced: within 2 days of the deadline.
- Follow-on contract negotiated: within the following week.
Looking forward to seeing your work.
