Contest Brief

I'm looking for an experienced architect who can design a medium-sized house with a 3D rendering. I need a static visualization that will be completed within the timeframe of 4-7 weeks. The freelancer I select should have an extensive portfolio and be prepared to show me relevant samples from their work.

The freelancer should also have the technical capabilities and knowledge to design a house per my specific instructions. They should show an understanding of potential design and engineering problems, as well as possess basic design principles and the ability to convey ideas in a clear and concise manner.

To prove their expertise, the freelancer will be asked to provide various references and experience they may already have in 3D rendering and architectural design. In addition, the architecture should showcase their creative problem-solving abilities to ensure a successful outcome for this project.

I am looking forward to hiring a reliable architect and look forward to reviewing the 3D renderings when the project is completed.

Attached is some of my ideas and some land drawings, and some reference pictures to show the style I am looking for.

The major purpose is to get a concept design of the house with internal layout. The appearance and the exterior is more important than ineterior which can be refined later.

Please note the long side of the land and also the entrance side is on the slopping street. This could be a bit chanlleging. Also please pay attention to the 2 big trees on the side as well. They cannot be removed.

      I do not. I may have to get that done. But currently only the concept design. The elevation is not big. 4 meters intotal but because the bush area cannot be build so the eleveation in the buildable area is roughly 1-2 meters. I think we can sort this out later in detail consitruction design. Currently step is concept design.

    Hi, All. This is the first and probabaly the last house in my life. The purpose is get more concepts of the design and then proceed one with detail designing, of course with extra costs, and then engage local builder to build it. This is a real contest for my own house.
    I want a 3D rendering design to show the exterior appearance of the house standing on the elevated land (bush side is the lower side) with entrance from the hoop pine street, with the features I mentioned in the documents.
    Currently my idea is
    Floor - Big garage(also as badminton court), home office, Child room, a master bed room, living room integrated with kitchen, alfresco with outdoor cooking and dining area, pool
    Second floor. Garaged side shall be void as it needs high ceiling. 1 guest room with ensuite. 1 master bed room with ensuite. 2 guest room share one bathroom and toilet. Maybe a balcony.
