Contest Brief

I have a bar already but it is brought in by a script. I cant manipulate it. It is at the top of this page http://www.hellobabyus.com. "Schedule Online Now" I need something similar built. Just a floating bar across the top with a call to action button that i can link to my other webpage http://www.hellobabyus.com/schedule.html. please use just html and css if possible. I would like it to look a little better than this one. This one is plain. You must be able to install it or tell me how. Should go with the them of the website and be modern.
