Contest Brief

When an employee is two weeks from joining the company, several departments have to prepare somethings e.g. assets need to prepare a car, branch manager needs to know date of joining, training department needs to prepare the learning room etc. I would like a simple system to notify each department about the employees coming (their details) and update me of status (have they arranged whatever needs to be done or not?). The system should work using some sort of microsoft tool and shall be accessed using phone and computers.
