Contest Brief

Hello Freelancers I need your help, i need are work for my clothing brand, I have a picture of 2 pac and I want it on the front of my t shirt, on the are work of 2 pac I need the back ground of the picture to be edited out. I only want his body. And also I would like the bottom of 2 pac to be fading away. I also want the this (2 PAC) above his head on the picture and I would like it to be In the name (2 PAC) to be in blue and outline in white.
At the bottom where the picture is fading away I would like the words (Im resevwa lajan) in the same font as (2 pac) above. I will send the picture first and all my example after that. Any questions just ask.
