Welcome to the competition!

What we need:
-A main character design for our video game.
-Concept can be done in 2D or 3D. Final game will be 3D.

About the Character:
This is a game about a unique species of alien/monsters. They have the ability to morph their body parts. At their core they are all the same. However, as the player earns more money during the match they can upgrade any aspect about their character and completely change it. For example: one player might select to have 4 arms which allows them to punch twice as many times. Or another player might choose some wings which allows them to fly. Every player will be allowed to upgrade 4-5 different aspects. Giving them a completely unique build to their character and play style. All options the player have are "bolt on" type options. So we will not allow players to alter options we provide. If we have an option for wings...they could change their color but not their shape. Since all options are "bolt on" and we are trying to avoid difficult character rigging...we want a character design which allows for this.

This game will be a 5v5 MOBA. It will be less serious with more fun aspects such as bubble guns and pop culture things in it. Think about a game suited for Nintendo Switch.

We are trying to create something unique and a unique IP. So feel free to be creative with this species of aliens.

Details:
-This game will be a MOBA. (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena)
-This game will be for consoles. (PS, Xbox, Nintendo)
-Character designs should be on the cuter side.
-Please provide 2-3 options of what the character could look like with different mods.
-See the attached file for examples of art we like.
-Graphical style is kinda similar to Astroneer.
-Theme will be space.
-Characters are to be cute.
-Not traditional alien.

Possible body modifications a player can choose:
Back:
Jetpack, wings, cape, tail, rail of spikes on back

Head:
Bunny ears, laser eyes, dragon breath, narwhal horn

Hands/Arms:
Huge hands, muscle arms, multiple arms, skinny wavy tenticale arms

Legs/Feet:
Multiple Legs, Shaq feet, slug type lower body

Body:
Spikes over body, normal

Weapons,
bubble gun, balloon gun, charlie-sheen-gun, big nuke, zero gravity gun, carbonate gun, ice gun

  All the creatures will have the same core shape. Then different parts can be swapped out such as legs or arms, etc. But these creatures don’t have to have traditional 2 legs or 2 arms. You can be creative if you think they should look differently. We are open!
