  I have written these kind of ebooks before now, i like to work on this project, but i like to know if you will be providing additional information before i get started.
  
  I also like to know how lengthy you want the article to be.
  
  Finally, i like to know if writing content on the first 3 ways and introduction will do to select your winner and after awarding the contest the rest of the content can be produced, this is because writting on all 99 ways in a single stretch is somewhat too much as a contest, please advice.

  You said that you have an outline for a book, have done all the research, and can provide content. Is the purpose of this contest to find a freelancer to write the actual book then? If so, how many pages are you proposing for the actual book? And, if the numbered list that you recently added to the contest brief serves as the outline, then of course you are aware that you’re missing things and have repeated a number of topics (62-71, 73-77, 79-81, 83-84, 86-95, 101; 59 & 60; 51, 98, & 103), right?
  
  So, before your selected freelancer can get started on the actual book, s/he will first have to revise the outline.
