  Hi everyone, Thanks for your entries and the revisions. Can I just point out, if you do the revisions as I ask, then we don't have to go backwards and forwards so many times. So many of you are only doing one thing at a time and it makes it very time consuming for me to keep repeating instructions. I have my eye on 5 or 6 banners, but none have completed everything yet. We only have one day for me to make the decision, so please read the instructions carefully, so that I can pick a winner. Cheers, Kirsten

  UPDATE: OK, I have my top five. They have been given 4 stars. Although there were many beautiful submissions - many that I loved personally as art work - the final decision comes down to how well it fits with my website. These five work best in a mock-up. I will give you some tweaks that will hopefully be finished by today, so I can decide. Thank you to everyone.

  I don't know exactly how the rating system works, but I've rated a few that I'm keeping an eye on that I think are nearly there. The one I choose will ultimately get a 5 rating. This is just my process. In saying that, everyone is still in the game, if you make my changes. Most of these top rated have had a few goes at it. We have 2 days left. I am will award excellence.   And some clever people here have managed to get the computer and the stairs images off the website. That is preferable. They are the better images. I just can't download them.

  Hi everyone, the steps seem to be too contrasting with the other images. I'm happy if you just put the main question - Are you ready for positive change? and The Optimum Mindset TM on a plain background from my website and then we just stick with the 3 images for wellbeing, creativity and performance. Please always put everything in that order. The question, then the three images. The viewer will read left to right.

  You guys really HAVEN'T read the brief. I've asked for all information and all images to be on the one banner, with the same font. PLEASE read the instructions more carefully. If you can't find an image, just put a placeholder for now. There should be FOUR images in total!!
