Contest Brief

Need freelancer to create android application which notify user when phone or data connection is available .

This app to be used by persons living or working in remote places where network is not available all time .

The app will warn user when phone or data network is available , by playing a sound or vibrate as per the user setting . notification will be received with name of the network .

Features :
Application turn on/off
Choice of which network to monitor ( phone / data 2g / 3g / 4g ) .
Notify user when data or phone network signal lost .
See events log
Clear log

Please do not apply for the project before reading carfully the work requested and the budget .
