Create anime characters from a book my son has written

Contest Brief

My son wrote a book about himself and my daughter. They have superpowers. He has the power of fire and she has the power of ice. I want someone to create characters in the fashion of Japanese anime to represent these characters. They both have olive skin, big almond-shaped eyes, and high cheekbones. The boy character should be wearing jeans and a teeshirt. He should be holding a sword in his right hand and a ball of flames in his left hand with a small dragon sitting at his right foot. his hair is black and spiked. His eyes are brown. He should be in a fierce stance and have a fierce facial expression. Underneath the words "Leo and Spike" (Spike is the dragon).
The girl character should have olive skin and she should have a sword of ice in her right hand. black hair in pigtails wearing a pink skirt and teal blue blouse. She should have a panda bear sitting at her right foot. She should also be in a fierce stance and have a fierce facial expression. her eyes are golden colored. underneath are the names Anastasia and Bamboo (Bamboo is the Panda's name).
They are superheroes and the animals are their pets/sidekicks.
I would like them to be in separate folders and I would like to have the AI files also. These are going to be Christmas gifts for each of them. I would like files that I could bring to a teeshirt maker so that I can have them printed on shirts. He is 12 years and she is 10 years old

    With this kind of project i cant use ai. I can delivery png, psd which is still good for printing on teeshirt. If you fine with it let me know so I can start working on this. Thanks you, have a good day.

    hi, you love the project! I do not work in Illustrator (Ai) but I can pass the files in TIFF, PSD, JPG and PNG formats with which you can print. I can also get the job done at 300 pixels per inch, great for printing.
