Cusomize a design for 2 diffrent size prints

Contest Brief

I have a post card that is approximately 6.5" vertical and 11" horizontal (see attachment). I need to replicate that design on two different size posters. For both sizes, make the following text changes:
- Make the "Metro Dental" logo bigger
- Change "Family and Cosmetic..." to "Dentistry with a Touch of Luxury"

Here are the sizes
- 30" horizontal and 72" vertical. This one is tricky so I will award based on how well this size is designed
- 36" horizontal and 24" vertical
- on this size, below the phone number, replace the hours of operation with "Open weekends and till 7PM on weekdays" Then make it bigger
- Replace the address with just the city "New Carrollton" then make it bigger
