2D Character Graphic Designer Contract (Remote)

We’re looking for Character Artists who have a rich imagination, strong sense of graphic sensibility, and solid volumetric drawing abilities to develop and support high quality marketing campaigns and initiatives throughout the organization. An understanding of color, shape, and anatomy are also key skills needed to breathe life into our characters. A keen eye for detail and ability to translate rough concepts into production drawings is critical.

Project 1 & 2: Avatar designs for 'ChopChow' and 'Awo Web Brands'

Briefs:
We want to create an avatar character to be the face of the brand of the brand Chop Chow(a cooking app) and Awo Web Brands(a tech company)
ChopChow is an app built to 'add convenience to cooking from home'.
We want to design a unique character that will be used as the face of the brand.
Brainstorming ideas: Dark skinned Female chef with lots of personality, Cartoon/Animation, can look similar to an NFT character.
See attached images below for an idea of what we are looking for, although compared to the chef in the image below, we want the character to have much more character and more relatable(more of a human face). Brand colors: Orange, Green

Awo Web Brands is a tech company that wants an avatar designed for their marketing to promote their business services. Attached is a concepts that we'll want to use for marketing designs, but with more unique characters that better represent the brand. We are looking for someone who can get characters that best fit the brand identity of our team and our ideal customers for long term use. If you have some experience, I will like to see your portfolio or something you can design specific to this task(Ideally, we will want a character avatar that looks similar to the portrait photo attached, along with potential other faces, like shown in example design) Awo Web Brands, Brand color: Blue, White and Green, Orange, Black
Company avatar/character to be the face of technical company website, Awo Web Brands.

With any of the characters, we will want to be able to get the source design so that future updates can be made tot he character (Perhaps to change outfit, posture or similar)

Requirements:
Online portfolio showcasing numerous examples of current up-to-date work.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, and presentation skills
Designing a number of types of digital assets using 2D and 3D animation
Generates multiple versions of environment exploration.
Able to work independently when needed.
Preferred Skills:

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Zbrush, Maya

Preferred Experiential Background:

2-5 years experience with marketing and graphic design.
