Veg-A-Spin Contest

This is my entrance for the competition. The page works using jquery to transition between the logo to the form when the contact button is pressed. The design is simple, clutter free and to-the-point which will make for a clean and aesthetically pleasing experience for your clients. The first image is how the page will look when visitors first arrive at your website and the second image is the form which will display when the contact button is pressed.
