Contest Brief

I need a simple business card created for my health clinic. Most of the work has already been done for you hence the budget.


I have attached:

- The design style i would like for the front and back (if you think of a slightly different design to what i have sketched up, that is okay, as long as it contains all of the information mentioned.)

- The original logo files.
