Contest Brief

We are starting an event series called 'Enlighten'. We want a logo that reflects who we are: design-focused, on the cutting edge of our industry (marketing), innovative and most of all, connectors of great people and great minds! We like lightning bolts and neon as creative thought starters, but we're not tied to these. We are happy with a graphic or text logo, but would love to see a few options. I've uploaded the neon thought starter image, and also some logo ideas we've already had that we felt were too corporate/boring! Our brand colours are black, yellow and grey if you need a third.
The bottom line is: we want to look elegant, professional, trustworthy but also not boring or too corporate.
ps. we hate lightbulbs!
