Design a Logo for a Healthcare Company

Contest Brief

Revise the current logo and layout (attached) while retaining the diamond-shaped shield (minor modifications are OK). Retain the colors used in the shield.
Create a horizontal and vertical layout.

There will be two logos: "Accel Research Sites" and then "Accel Research Birmingham". The first is the corporate office the second is a satellite site. There will be additional variations on the word Birmingham that could be shorter or longer.

This logo should convey feelings of longevity, confidence, innovation, and health.

    Please remember the shield should only change a little or not at all. The colors should remain the same. "Accel" and "Research" should be the same color because only the latter part changes--Accel Research Sites, Accel Research Birmingham, Accel Research XYZ. Thanks!
