Contest Brief

I have an existing logo for a real estate website (attached "1"). The website provide real estate deals data and indicators (mostly about real-estate lands). The problem of this logo is that doesn't shrink well, not looking modern, and I don't like its boldness.

I want to improve this logo by having the following:

1- have one major theme color (blues only).
2- looks good in white and dark backgrounds.
3- looks good as small and large logo.
4- simple and flat. Perhaps thin.
5- meaningful and stands by itself. No letters or names should be added to the logo.

finally, I really like the attached logo("2") it is for american company that works also in real estate. So something equally visually appealing would be great.

Extra tip: if someones knows Arabic It is great to have the letter (س) as part of the logo because it is the first letter of the website name.

The winner should provide the logo in vector format.
